Herbacel AQ Plus, a fiber, is obtained from freshly harvested apple and citrus fruits.
The fiber that is produced through a series of special manufacturing process, has distinctive functional characteristics of high water binding capacity (25g/g) and
neutral sensory properties. AQ Plus is high in dietary fiber,
about 90%, so it improves the nutritional physiological quality of products.
The swelling fruit fibers ensure longer periods of satiety and
are beneficial for improving gut motility and simulate digestion.
